President

Aigul Telkarayeva is a highly respected educator, trainer, and compliance expert, specializing in ethics, anti-money laundering (AML), and GRC. With over 20 years of experience across Central Asia and the UAE, she has built a strong reputation for her expertise in risk management, business transformation, and regulatory compliance. Aigul is currently the President of the Institute of Chartered Compliance Professionals (ICCP), where she leads global initiatives to promote excellence in compliance through setting standards, training and researches.

Her career is distinguished by roles in major organizations as Head of Compliance, where she implemented comprehensive compliance frameworks, trained staff and management board, and conducted high-level fraud investigations. Aigul's strategic leadership extends to founding and managing consultancy firms, both in Kazakhstan and abroad, where she provided critical guidance on corporate governance, ethics & compliance, and business continuity.

Aigul holds a Master of Science in Business Studies from the School of Business and Trade in Switzerland and an ICA International Diploma in Compliance from Manchester Business School, UK. Her diverse experience spans across organizing First GRC conference in Kazakhstan, mentoring compliance professionals, and delivering industry-leading AML and compliance trainings.
