Dr. Tim Klatte is the Head of Forensic Advisory Services at Grant Thornton China, where he leads the Shanghai business, bringing over 30 years of China-related experience, including 18 years in forensic advisory roles. He has worked with leading global accounting firms, including Deloitte and Grant Thornton, focusing on developing and managing ethics and compliance programs for clients navigating China's complex business environment.

Dr. Klatte’s expertise spans multiple industries, including compliance operations, risk management, forensic investigations, cybersecurity, and corporate governance. He has led hundreds of corporate intelligence and investigation projects across China. A multilingual professional, Tim is also an active thought leader, contributing articles to AmCham Insights and EuroBiz, and is working on a book titled "Ethically Powered," due for release in Fall 2024.

In addition to his corporate work, Dr. Klatte is actively involved in academia, serving as an adjunct instructor at Shanghai NYU and Webster University. He holds certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
