Narikbayev KAZGUU University & KIMEP University), Waste & Water treatment companies (Suez & Veolia Middle East Water Services LLC).

She has worked in various countries – Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan, UK, US, UAE and CZ, and has vast experience at all levels of the financial structure in the corporate world, and in a start-up, volunteering, not-for-profit and family business environment.

Throughout her career she has been improving business processes, strengthening internal controls, implementing ERP programs, establishing a KPI system, successfully resolving cash flow deficit issues, automating the reporting routine, consolidating global financial results, building strong teams, and running in-house business-specific training for accountants and finance analysts, academic courses for University students, and developed a unique educational program of teaching English to finance professionals, auditors and accountants.
