Anti-Corruption Expert, Advisory Board Member

Kodir R. Kuliev is a seasoned anti-corruption expert, compliance professional, and arbitrator, with extensive experience in governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance across Central Asia. He is a member of the Advisory Board and Expert Council at the Institute of Chartered Compliance Professionals (ICCP) Central Asia, where he plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, advancing compliance standards, and promoting ethical business practices.

Kodir serves as a Judge-Arbitrator at the Union of International Arbitration Courts of Uzbekistan, specializing in anti-corruption, compliance, and international human rights law. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Progressive Reforms, contributing to governance and anti-corruption reforms aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy.

As an Adjunct Professor at Webster University Tashkent, Kodir educates future leaders on business ethics, global studies, and compliance. His work includes consulting for international organizations, conducting compliance risk assessments, and designing anti-corruption initiatives for corporate and governmental sectors.

With a strong academic and research background, Kodir has published numerous articles, reports, and policy recommendations on corruption prevention, governance transparency, and ethical leadership. He is a frequent speaker and trainer at international conferences and compliance forums, shaping discussions on integrity, accountability, and legal frameworks in the region.
